ATTIRE
SUIT FITTING: You will be getting fitted for your wedding suits on SATURDAY, JANUARY 29th at 3:30PM. This fitting is VERY IMPORTANT so please make it a priority to be there and to be ON TIME. You will be getting fitted for suits and then most likely going out for dinner and drinks afterwards so make sure you plan accordingly.
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND, PLEASE TEXT FORBES ASAP SO HE CAN MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS WITH YOU.
Boys will be wearing grey suits with light blue ties. Cost is $215-$245 per person. This includes everything you’ll be wearing on the day of the wedding (jacket, white shirt, pants, tie, shoes, etc.).
Suits are being rented from Tuxedo Fashions in San Jose.

On Sunday after the wedding, someone will be in charge of collecting all of the suits and returning them.
In January, Forbes will arrange for whoever can make it to go to the shop and get everyone fitted. If you cannot attend, please let Forbes know and we’ll arrange to get you fitted somewhere else.
On Thursday before the rehearsal, all of the groomsmen will go to Tuxedo Fashions to pick up their suits and do a final fitting. You will need to plan on being in the Bay Area by Thursday morning to ensure you’re there to pick up your suit.

Travel Plans - Airport
The closest airport to the venue and the house is the SAN JOSE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (SJC). It would be best to arrive on Thursday morning! For departing flights, aim for a Sunday afternoon flight. Let me know your flight times and we arrange rides to and from the airport.
Lodging for the weekend
We found an awesome property to rent that’s about 10-15 minutes away from the venue. The property has a main house and guest house so our current plan is for us to stay in the guest house and Jen and some of her friends will take the main house! Let me know if you want to stay there with us or if you already have plans to stay with family/etc.
The cost is looking to be around $200 per person for the entire weekend. Let me know if this doesn’t work for you and we can look into other options!
