Direct Mail Response Performance & Email
For LendingClub, a leader in the financial lending space, I played a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and communication strategies across email and direct mail campaigns. As part of a cross-functional creative team, I helped reimagine LendingClub’s brand experience—infusing clarity, warmth, and trust into every customer touchpoint.
Collaborating closely with my Creative Director and Copywriter, I translated complex financial concepts into visually engaging content that resonated with diverse audience segments. My work spanned a wide range of high-impact deliverables, including email campaigns, direct mail, and landing pages. These efforts supported a full-funnel marketing strategy and contributed to major performance wins—including a 200% increase in response rates from creative testing and a lift in funded loan volume by 87% year-over-year.
I was also deeply involved in establishing and implementing a new design system that aligned with LendingClub’s updated brand guidelines. This included developing scalable templates and campaign assets that maintained consistency while allowing for flexibility and personalization.
Additionally, I supported the launch of Stackit, LendingClub’s new browser extension that helps users find coupons and track sales. I designed evergreen and seasonal email campaigns that introduced Stackit’s benefits while building out a cohesive visual style and template system to strengthen brand recognition. These campaigns emphasized education, trust, and user empowerment—core values of the LendingClub brand.
