As Art Director for the Spectrum family of brands—including both Spectrum Residential and Spectrum Business—I lead the design and execution of thousands of performance-driven marketing assets each year across email, digital, and direct mail. My role spans end-to-end creative development, strategic oversight, and brand stewardship for one of LIFT’s largest and most complex clients.
I built and continue to maintain a scalable email design library that supports over 500 unique email templates annually, ensuring efficient production, high accessibility standards, and brand consistency across dozens of product offerings. I also oversee the design and deployment of every email touchpoint, partnering closely with the internal teams at Spectrum, to continuously optimize for performance. We’ve had immense success with their email production resulting in a 3x increase in performance.
In addition to email, I lead the creative for Spectrum’s expansive direct mail programs developing over 10 new controls. I lead the design and versioning of thousands of digital banner ads each year, often across multiple customer segments, regions, and languages. These assets are designed to drive measurable engagement, streamline cross-sell opportunities, and support both acquisition and retention.
Throughout multiple internal reorganizations and brand evolutions, I’ve ensured a cohesive visual identity and messaging strategy across all deliverables—maintaining a unified look and feel while adapting to new goals and brand standards. My work directly supports Spectrum’s ongoing push to modernize their communications, meet aggressive business goals, and serve a highly segmented national customer base.
